Where we are
La Rambla 78 sits on the middle section of the boulevard, close to Liceu, with the Gothic Quarter on one side and El Raval on the other. Liceu metro is a minute away and Plaça de Catalunya is a short walk north, which makes it reachable from almost anywhere in the city without a car.
It is also our only Spanish location open on Sundays, which is the practical reason most people choose it over Madrid or Valencia when the timing is awkward.
A note on the neighbourhood
La Rambla is one of the most heavily pickpocketed streets in Europe. That is not a reason to avoid the location, but it is a reason to think about the payout method. If you are collecting a large amount of cash, the delivery option exists precisely so you are not walking down a crowded tourist boulevard with notes in a bag. Standard delivery is two hours, express is 45 minutes, and both bring the money to an address you choose.
For amounts you would rather not carry at all, choose a bank transfer when you create the order. The fee is identical.
Selling crypto in Spain
Selling crypto for euros is generally a taxable disposal under Spanish rules, and the obligation is yours regardless of the route. Your order confirmation records the amount, the rate applied and the fee, which is the documentation to keep. We are not tax advisers and nothing here is advice for your situation.
Since the MiCA transitional period closed on 1 July 2026, any provider serving clients in Spain needs authorisation rather than a legacy registration. It is a fair question to put to any firm you are considering, us included.
Frequently asked questions
Are you open on Sunday in Barcelona?
Yes. Barcelona is our only Spanish counter open seven days a week, from 07:00 to 22:00 every day including Sunday.
Is it safe to collect cash on La Rambla?
The counter itself is straightforward, but La Rambla is a well-known pickpocketing area and a crowded one. For larger amounts, cash delivery to an address of your choice or a bank transfer avoids the walk entirely, at the same 1.5% fee.
How close is the nearest metro?
Liceu is roughly a minute away on the L3 line. Drassanes and Catalunya are both a short walk along the boulevard.
Can I sell stablecoins here?
Yes. USDT and USDC over Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, TRON or Solana, alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Solana, TRON and XRP. You choose the network before sending so the deposit address matches your chain.
