Our Spanish locations

Central addresses in all three cities, chosen so they are reachable by metro rather than by car. Madrid and Valencia run Monday to Saturday; Barcelona runs seven days a week. All three close at ten in the evening, which covers the window when most people are actually free to collect.

Tax on selling crypto in Spain

Disposing of crypto for euros is generally a taxable event under Spanish rules, and the obligation sits with you regardless of which provider or route you use. Your order confirmation records the amount, the rate applied and the fee charged, which is the documentation an adviser will ask for. We are not tax advisers and nothing on this page is advice for your circumstances.

Regulation in Spain after MiCA

The MiCA transitional period ended across the EU on 1 July 2026. Any firm providing crypto-asset services to Spanish clients now needs authorisation rather than a legacy national registration, and unauthorised providers are expected to stop serving EU customers. This applies equally to us and to any alternative you compare us against, so it is a fair question to put to all of them.

Cash delivery and bank transfers

Delivery covers each of the three cities, inside two hours as standard or 45 minutes on express. The express charge is added to the crypto you send rather than deducted from the cash you receive. If you would rather not handle notes, bank transfers to a Spanish or other SEPA IBAN in your own name are available at the same fee, subject to identity verification.

Frequently asked questions

Where are your kiosks in Spain?

Calle Gran Vía 32 in Madrid, La Rambla 78 in Barcelona and Calle Colón 28 in Valencia. All three are open from 07:00 to 22:00; Barcelona opens seven days a week, Madrid and Valencia Monday to Saturday.

Which Spanish location opens on Sunday?

Barcelona only. Madrid and Valencia are closed on Sundays, so an order that confirms on a Sunday waits until Monday morning at those counters.

Do I pay tax when I sell crypto in Spain?

Generally yes, as a disposal, and the obligation is yours whichever route you use. Keep your order confirmation, which records the amount, rate and fee. Speak to a tax adviser about your own position.

Is there a limit on the cash I can collect?

It depends on the location. Madrid and Barcelona carry more than Valencia. Availability is checked against your order before a deposit address is issued, so you find out before you send rather than after.
