Where you can collect cash for crypto

Nine staffed counters across five countries. Every one is a person behind a desk rather than an unattended machine, which is why cash availability can be checked against your order before you send anything.

By country

Malta, Cyprus and Spain have more than one counter each. The country pages below cover local hours, delivery coverage and the regulatory position in each market.

What a counter does that a machine cannot

The awkward property of an unattended two-way machine is that the crypto leg is irreversible and happens first. You send, the chain confirms, and only then does the hardware attempt to count out notes. If the float is short or the unit is offline, your funds are gone and you are in a support queue.

A staffed model inverts that. Cash availability at the location is checked against your order before a deposit address is issued, so if a counter cannot serve the amount you want, the order form says so and offers another location, a delivery or a bank transfer. If something still goes wrong, the refund address you supplied at order creation is already on file.

Hours vary more than you would expect

Three of our counters never close: Valletta, Sliema and Nicosia. Dubai runs until midnight six days a week. The Spanish and Portuguese locations run long days but shut at ten, and Limassol keeps conventional business hours. If your deposit is likely to confirm late, that difference matters more than distance, and the individual pages list the exact schedule.

Cash delivery and bank transfers

Delivery covers the same cities as the counters, in two hours as standard or 45 minutes on express. The express charge is added to the crypto you send rather than deducted from the cash you receive, so your payout figure does not move. Bank transfers to an IBAN in your own name work from anywhere we operate and do not depend on a physical location at all, though they require identity verification regardless of amount.

Frequently asked questions

Are these machines or staffed counters?

Staffed counters. A member of staff checks your order, verifies identity where our AML rules require it and hands over the money. That is what allows cash availability to be confirmed before you send crypto, rather than discovering an empty cassette afterwards.

Do all locations pay out in euros?

All the European locations pay euros. Dubai is the exception and supports both US dollars and UAE dirhams, chosen on the order form before you send.

What if my nearest location cannot cover my amount?

The order form checks the cash position at each location against the amount you want and will steer you to another counter, to cash delivery, or to a bank transfer before issuing a deposit address.

Can I get cash delivered instead of visiting?

Yes, in the same cities as our counters, within two hours as standard or 45 minutes on express. The express charge is added to the crypto you send, so the cash you receive is unchanged.

Which locations are open 24 hours?

Valletta, Sliema and Nicosia are open around the clock, seven days a week. Dubai runs until midnight six days a week. The rest keep daytime and evening hours listed on their individual pages.

Opening hours, payout currencies and cash availability at any single location can change at short notice. The live position is shown on the order form when you select a pickup point. Identity checks apply above the thresholds set in our AML and KYC policy. Nothing on this page is financial or tax advice.
