Where you can collect euros
Every kiosk is a staffed counter rather than an unattended machine, so payouts are handled by a person who can check your order, verify your identity where our AML rules require it and hand over the money. Cash delivery covers the same cities as our kiosks, and bank transfers are available anywhere we can send euros over SEPA.
Kiosks in the euro area pay out in euros. Our Dubai location supports both US dollars and UAE dirhams, so you choose what you collect at the counter when you create the order.

Coins and tokens
You can sell Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), BNB, Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX) and XRP. Stablecoin deposits can arrive over Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, TRON or Solana, and you select the network before you send so the deposit address always matches the chain you are paying from. Sending USDT over TRON keeps network costs low; sending over Ethereum costs more in gas but settles into the same payout.
How the rate and fee work
Orders are priced from live market rates at the moment you create them, with a 1.5% service fee shown before you commit. There is no account to fund, no monthly cost and no separate withdrawal fee. Express 45-minute delivery is an optional extra added to the amount you send, which leaves the cash you collect unchanged.
Three ways to be paid
- Cash at a kiosk. Collect in person with your order ID and collection PIN during opening hours.
- Cash delivery. A courier brings the euros to your address within two hours, or within 45 minutes on express.
- Bank transfer. We send euros to an IBAN in your own name once the deposit is confirmed and identity checks are complete.

How do I sell crypto for cash with kiosk.cash?

The standard service fee is 1.5% of the order, quoted before you send anything. Express 45-minute delivery is an optional extra that is added to the amount you send, so your cash payout stays the same. There is no separate account fee and no withdrawal fee on top.
How quickly do I get my euros?
The wait is on-chain confirmation, not our processing. Solana and XRP settle in seconds, TRON and BNB Smart Chain in under a minute, Ethereum in a few minutes, Bitcoin in roughly ten to thirty minutes. Once confirmed, kiosk pickup is immediate during opening hours, delivery is within two hours or 45 minutes with express, and bank transfers follow standard SEPA timing.
Do I need to provide ID?
Yes, above the thresholds set by our AML and KYC policy, and always for bank transfer payouts. Smaller cash orders may need less. You can upload an identity document with your order so nothing holds you up at the counter.
Where are your kiosks?
We operate staffed exchange points in Malta, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal and Dubai. Cash delivery is available in the same cities as our kiosks. The live list of locations, opening hours and payout currencies is shown above.
Can I receive a bank transfer instead of cash?
Yes. Choose bank transfer when you create the order and give the account holder name, IBAN and optionally a BIC. The account must be in your own name. Bank payouts require identity verification.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Every order asks for a refund address before you send. If the deposit does not match the order, arrives after the quote expires, or the order cannot be completed, we return the funds to that address rather than holding them.
