Malta is small enough that two counters cover it properly. Both are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is unusual for this business anywhere and particularly useful on an island whose crypto and gaming population does not keep banking hours.
Cash delivery across the island
If you would rather not travel, cash delivery reaches the same areas our counters serve, inside two hours as standard or 45 minutes on express. The express charge is added to the crypto you send rather than taken out of the cash you collect, so the payout figure on your order does not move.
For amounts you would rather not carry at all, bank transfers to a Maltese or other SEPA IBAN in your own name are available at the same 1.5% fee, subject to identity verification.
Regulation in Malta after MiCA
Malta took the full eighteen-month MiCA transitional window, which closed on 1 July 2026 across the whole Union. From that date, any firm providing crypto-asset services to EU clients needs authorisation rather than a legacy national registration, and unauthorised providers are expected to wind down EU activity. Whichever provider you use on the island, ask which authorisation it holds and in which member state, and check it against the public register before sending funds.
